When Yeimi first learned about Literacy Partners in 2021, she was enrolled in our English for Parents program, and began taking classes to improve her English. Within weeks, she advanced her speaking, writing, and reading skills, and she was able to communicate better with others inside and outside of the classroom. Yeimi is proud to say that she has been a parent facilitator for our Spanish-language parent workshops since February 2022.

Literacy Partners has helped Yeimi gain back her confidence, independence, and the ability to navigate the world on her own.
